You Bet Fiery February Is Only The Beginning As Temperatures Set To Soar

Thursday was the hottest day of the year so far, with some temperatures reaching 16 C and bookmakers William Hill are predicting that this could be the (very early) start of a record-breaking summer. The firm are offering 7/1 that the UK?s record of 38.1C (100.6F), set in Gravesend in 2003 is broken this year.

?Thursday was unseasonably warm and it could prove to be a harbinger for sweltering temperatures later on in the year!? said Hill?s spokesman Joe Crilly.

12/1 United - City Prem Straight Forecast

********************************WILLIAM HILL WEEKEND PREMIER LEAGUE SPECIALS****************

12/1 UNITED-CITY 1-2 IN PREM

William Hill believe that Man U will win the Premier League title, with Arsenal as runners-up, and make that outcome their Even money favourite in their ?Premier League Straight Forecast? market, in which a Man U ? Man C outcome is 12/1 ? and 50/1 vice versa. ?At the moment it looks more than likely that United and Arsenal will fill the first two places in the Premier League, but with United in particular facing tough matches against title rivals and both of them playing on more than one front with a Treble or Quadruple at stake there is time for dramatic changes at the top? said Hill?s spokesman Graham Sharpe.

33/1 Bisping Has The Last Laugh

The undoubted story of UFC 127 is the Michael Bisping/Jorge Rivera fight and not so much for the match-up itself, but for the trash talk that has taken place in the build-up. William Hill are offering 33/1 that Brit, Bisping, calls for his next fight to be ?Fedor sat on Zeus? shoulders? in his Joe Rogan post fight interview ? an homage to one of Jorge Rivera?s youtube videos. Jorge Rivera?s videos, which featured a fictionalised ?Count? Bisping, had a song in the background and Hill?s are offering 25/1 that Rivera walks out with it playing. In less pressing matters, Hills make Bisping, 3/10 to win the fight and Rivera is 5/2 to cause an upset.

?The build up to this fight has somewhat overshadowed the rest of the card and Bisping may be tempted to have a sly dig at Rivera come the post match interview,? said Hill?s spokesman Joe Crilly.

William Hill UFC 127 Odds:

25/1 Jorge Rivera to enter the Octagon to the ?Tale of Count Bisping? Song
33/1 Michael Bisping to call for his next fight to be Fedor sat on Zeus? shoulders in his Joe Rogan post fight interview
